Purchasing
Purchases can be made online or by email.
Our online ordering system requires a minimum spend of £25 ex carriage and VAT.
Payments are processed by a third party credit card processor, Stripe. We accept payment by credit and debit cards. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Shipping
Our standard shipping rates are for UK delivery only. If you would like to order something to be shipped overseas please contact us about shipping costs.

Back orders
If we do not currently have the item you want to order in stock we will back order it for you.
Delivery
Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the next day (Monday to Friday).
If your order is urgent please call us before placing it for an estimated delivery date because whilst we hold most items in stock some need to be back ordered.
Once received, goods should be carefully checked and any discrepancies reported to us immediately by phone or email.
Returns
Return Requests must be reported by email within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to return the goods back from the day we are notified.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of return to us. If you require us to arrange collection of the goods, please let us know and we can confirm the cost of this prior to collecting the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund to be issued.
Products which are made to order cannot be returned and refunded.
Accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Tax charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Orders from non-EU countries are VAT free. Please call us if you wish to place an order with overseas delivery.
